Accurately weighing the flux is an essential part of the fusion process. The xrWeigh S was developed to automize this repetitive task, and weighs the exact amount of flux by pushing one button. The xrWeigh Carousel is developed to fill a carousel of 18 crucibles or 30 capsules with the exact amount of flux, within 20 minutes. On the top side of the weighing machine, a standard package of flux can be put in, which allows for an easy and efficient filling process. This system also makes it easy to change the type of flux.
